To let us know about your client’s claim please complete the form and our claims team will be in contact within 24 business hours to assist with their claim and repair process.
Over the phone
Call our claim experts on 1300 188 299 to discuss the details of your client’s claim and prepare a lodgement over the phone. If your call is received outside business hours a dedicated claims consultant will call you back the next business day to obtain further details and begin processing the claim.

Find A Repairer
Your client has the option to select one of our Approved Repairers or select their own repairer.
Using a repairer from our Approved Repairer Network includes added benefits such as free vehicle pick-up once the claim has been registered, and a taxi for your client to collect their vehicle once the repairs are complete. This benefit is not available under our motorcycle and dirt bike insurance policies.
